Autograph letter signed, dated ce 2 Août by the French lawyer and politician, deputy for the departments of Nord and Seine. Taillandier speaks to a colleague: “J’ai l’honneur de saluer mon honorable et excellent collègue Monsieur [Constant] Laber et de lui envoyer une épreuve des premières impressions parisiennes…”. 1 p. in-8.
