Letter signed, dated 13 de Julho 1876 by the Secretary General of the Portuguese Ministry Foreign Affairs and writer of many portuguese and french linguistics books for teaching. Monteverde appoints the officer Joaquim Carlos Paiva de Andrade as “…adido militar a minha legação em França…”. 1 p. In-4. With letterhead “Ministerio dos Negocios Estrangeiros”.
