MUSIC - DORATI Antal (1906 - 1988) - Signature

He conducted his first orchestra in 1924. At eighteen he was the youngest conductor in the history of the Budapest Opera. At the same time, he studied composition with Zoltan Kodaly. He has conducted several prestigious ensembles, including the Minneapolis Orchestra for eleven years. He has revealed himself to be not only a musician, but also a writer and a painter.
