MUSIC - DUPRE Marcel (1886 - 1971) - Signed printed photograph

Born into a musical family, he devoted himself to the organ from an early age. At the age of eleven, he played the organ in the local church. At sixteen, he entered the Paris Conservatoire and won all the first prizes for piano, organ and fugue. In 1914, he won the Prix de Rome. He gave 2178 organ recitals throughout the world.
