HISTORY - PLEVEN René (1901 - 1993) - Typed letter signed

He contributed to the rallying of French Equatorial Africa to Free France. He chaired the Brazaville Conference in 1940 and was a member of the provisional government. Deputy for Côtes-du Nord, he was twice President of the Council.
