LITERATURE - LE BRAZ Anatole (1859 - 1926) - Autograph letter signed

A champion of Brittany, he devoted himself above all to the study of folklore. Lecturer, then professor at the Facultés des Lettres in Rennes. Charged with missions in Switzerland and the United States, he founded the Breton Regionalist Union in August 1898.
Autograph letter signed to a colleague:"...merci de m'avoir fait faire ce pèlerinage de lettres (au double sens du mot) que je n'avais jamais accompli...".
