HISTORY - PETRE-LAZAR Constantin (1896 - 1980) - Typed letter signed

Private secretary and aide-de-camp to H.M. King Michel 1st of Romania. The King's confidant when he abdicated in 1974, he was heavily involved in the leadership of the CRN (Romanian National Council, the Romanian leadership in exile since the arrival of the Soviets). He wrote "Mortal Peace or Liberating war" about Romanians abroad.
Typed letter signed and dated: Locarno, 20.06.1948 to Paul Langer: "… les remerciements de S.M.le Roi de Roumanie…”.
