HISTORY - SIHVO Aarne (1889 - 1963) - Photograph signed

He began medical studies at Helsinski University. In 1918, he was General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the 3rd Division. From 1938, he was Chief of Civil Defense and Minister of the Interior. He retired in 1953.
