HISTORY - KOO Wellington (1887 - 1985) - Signed printed photograph

Shanghai University, then PhD in international law from Columbia University in 1912; delegate to the Paris Peace Conference, the Western states refused all his demands and China was the only country not to sign the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. China's representative to the League of Nations. He was President of the Republic, Foreign Minister and then Ambassador. From 1957 to 1967, he served at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, then retired to New York.
