HISTORY - JOHNSON Louis A. (1891 - 1966) - Signed printed photograph

Studied law at the University of Virginia. He opened a law practice in Clarksburg. In 1916, he was elected to the House of Delegates. During the First World War, he served as an officer in France. He became the second US Secretary of Defense under President Trumann.
