HISTORY - WITSELL Edward F. (1923 - 2001) - Typed letter signed

A graduate of Wildwood High School, he began working for Glen Martin Aircraft Company in 1941. In early 1943, he joined the US Navy. After the war he took up a post in the fishing fleet and then as assistant engineer on board the research vessel Mentor.
Typed letter signed and dated Washington, 22.10.1946: "...since General Morgan is a British officer, it is suggested that you communicate with the British War Office....".
