HISTORY - MC NARNEY Joseph Taggart (1893 - 1972) - Signed printed photograph

During the First World War, he fought in France. On his return to the USA, he held various training posts in the Air Force. After the Second World War, he was Commander of the US Army of Occupation in Germany.
