HISTORY - HALSEY William Frederick (1882 - 1959) - Signed printed photograph

Graduated from the Naval Academy in 1904. He commanded the 3rd Fleet during the Pacific War against Japan. He was promoted to vice-admiral before the Second World War and admiral in December 1945.
