HISTORY - FRASER William (1890 - 1964) - Signed printed photograph

Educated at Sundhurst Royal Military College. He took an active part in both World Wars. He was then promoted to head of the relief and rehabilitation administration of the United Nations in Paris from 1945 to 1947.
