HISTORY - CAVENDISH-BENTINCK William (1857 - 1943) - Autograph letter signed

Educated at Eton College. In 1877 he was a lieutenant in the service of the Coldstream Guards. From 1881 to 1889 he was lieutenant-colonel of an artillery company. He holds a large number of titles and decorations. In 1886 he inherited the Clumber Park stud, from which some famous horses were bred.
