HISTORY - BEVERIDGE William Henry (1879 - 1963) - Signed printed photograph

He worked with Churchill to introduce unemployment insurance. He was the author of a plan that formed the basis for the regulation of industrial accidents, social insurance, the National Health Service and national assistance in Great Britain. The plan emphasised the need for full employment and income security.
