HISTORY - TEDDER Arthur William (1890 - 1967) - Signed printed photograph

He joined the British Army in 1913 and three years later transferred to the Air Force. Between the wars, he held important positions in the RAF and as Minister of Air. During the Second World War, he contributed to the success of the Normandy landings. In 1946, he became Chief of the Air Force.
