HISTORY - GEORGE III (1738 - 1820) - Document signed

King of England from 1760 to 1811 and of Ireland, Elector, then King of Hannover. He was the first king of the Hannover dynasty to take an interest in England. He lost England's American colonies and then fought against the French Revolution. In 1810, he lost his mind and was succeeded by his eldest son.
