HISTORY - VON HARDENBERG Karl (1750 - 1822) - Autograph document signed

He joined the administration in 1790 and negotiated the Treaty of Basel. He was Prime Minister of Frederick William III and Chancellor in 1810. He represented Prussia at the Congress of Vienna.
