HISTORY - SELLIER Henri (1883 - 1943) - Autograph letter signed

Studied law and commerce. In 1898, he joined the Socialist Revolutionary Party. He was a senator for the Seine. His desire to achieve concrete results led him to move towards pragmatic socialism. He was a great urban planner. He became Minister of Health.
