HISTORY - RAOUL DUVAL Edgar (1832 - 1887) - Autograph letter signed

Studied law in Dijon. He entered the judiciary and began a political career as deputy for the Seine Inférieure. He was a friend of Flaubert, who asked him to defend Maupassant. He was a professor of commercial history at the Ecole des HEC in Paris.
