HISTORY - GUYOT Yves (1843 - 1928) - Autograph card signed

He began his career as editor of several republican newspapers. During the Third Republic, he was elected to the Paris City Council and in 1885 to the Chamber of Deputies. In 1889 he became Minister of Public Works.
