HISTORY - D'HAUSSONVILLE Joseph (1809 - 1884) - Autograph letter signed

Embassy secretary in Turin, Brussels and Naples. He was a general councillor for Seine et Marne. Elected as a member of parliament, he made numerous proposals in favour of workers. Under the Second Empire, he was part of the opposition in Brussels, where he published the Bulletin français.
