HISTORY - BIBESCO Hélène A. (1855 - 1902) - Autograph letter signed

Born Elena Costache Epureanu. Daughter of the President of the Council of Romania and wife of Prince Alexandre Bibescu. She played an active role in Parisian artistic life at the end of the 19th century. She welcomed painters, writers and musicians to her salon.
