HISTORY - BALLU Roger (1852 - 1908) - Autograph card signed

After studying art, at the age of 23 he was attached to the office of the Prefect of the Seine. In 1878, he was appointed chief of staff and then Inspector of Fine Arts. Deputy for Seine et Oise from 1902 to 1906.
Autograph card signed: "… je suis bien en peine de ne pouvoir vous envoyer...”.
