HISTORY - DEGOUTTE Jean Marie Joseph (1866 - 1938) - Autograph letter signed

He commanded the Champagne offensive in 1918 and liberated southern Belgium. He was commander-in-chief of the Allied forces occupying the Rhineland from 1920 to 1925.
