HISTORY - PASSAGA Germain (1863 - 1939) - Autograph letter signed

He served in Indochina, Senegal, Dahomey, Algeria and Guinea. He was promoted to Lieutenant and then Captain in 1892. He was admitted to the Ecole Supérieure de Guerre in 1900. He was promoted Colonel in 1914 and General in 1916.
