HISTORY - GUILLAUMAT Louis Adolphe (1863 - 1940) - Autograph letter signed

In 1916, he was given command of the Second Army in the Verdun sector, then in 1917 of the Army of the East, which he prepared for the victorious assault on the Bulgarian front. In 1918, he commanded the 5th army on the Champagne front and contributed to the final victory.
Autograph letter signed and dated Paris, 18.11.1931: "…j'ai moi aussi … perdu tout contact avec les autorités dirigeantes de cette réunion…".
