HISTORY - MAUDHUY Louis Ernest (1857 - 1921) - Autograph letter signed

He took part in the Battle of the Marne and fought the battles of the Course à la Mer in the Arras region. Governor of Metz after the armistice, he was deputy for Moselle in 1919 and in 1920 he was appointed the first national leader of the Scouts de France.
