HISTORY - PAU Paul Marie César (1848 - 1932) - Signed printed photograph

After graduating from Saint-Cyr, he was seriously wounded at the battle of Froeschwiller and commanded the 20th army corps in Nancy before being transferred to the reserves in 1913. Recalled by Joffre, he commanded the army of Alsace, then carried out several diplomatic missions during the hostilities.
