It is an essay about Germany's position during the Cold War. "Both history and geography designate Germany as the key nation of our day. For the communist world she is a nation recently emerged from an era of totalitarism...". Total of 100 pages (plus 3 pp. of notes in the final part), in a spiral notebook (20.5x16 cm), in blue ink (red for the final notes), dense with cancellations and remarks, in English. Including a part of a stamped envelope with the autograph address "A Peter Weiner".
